Who we are
North America Study, a service of Groupe BM, provides educational guidance and application preparation support for students seeking to study in the United States or Canada. Contact: studyabroad@groupebm.net.
What we collect
Information you provide through our evaluation form, by email, or on calls: identity and contact details, academic history, test scores, budget information, and the documents you choose to share (such as transcripts, diplomas, passports, and statements).
Why we collect it
Solely to evaluate your profile, advise you, prepare your applications, and communicate with you about your case. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not use your documents for any other purpose.
Where it is stored
Data is stored with professional cloud providers (database and encrypted document storage) with access restricted to authorized staff. Documents are kept in private storage that is never publicly accessible.
How long we keep it
We keep case data while your file is active and for up to two years afterwards, unless you ask us to delete it earlier. You can request deletion of your data and documents at any time by writing to studyabroad@groupebm.net.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. We respond to every request.
We send transactional emails about your case (confirmations, status updates, requests). We do not send marketing emails without your consent.
Cookies and sign-in
The student portal uses sign-in links sent by email and stores a session cookie in your browser to keep you signed in. We use only cookies that are necessary for the site to function; there are no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
