The service
North America Study provides educational guidance, document organization, and application preparation support for students seeking admission to institutions in the United States or Canada. The profile evaluation is always free. During the current launch period, the full guidance is free as well; when paid packages are introduced, their scope, fees, and payment terms are agreed in writing before any work begins.
What we are not
We are not a law firm, an immigration consultancy regulated to give legal advice, or an agent of any school or government. We do not provide legal immigration advice. Applications to schools and to visa or permit authorities are filed by the student, and when legal advice is needed we recommend consulting a licensed professional.
No guaranteed outcomes
Admission, scholarship, visa, and study permit decisions are made exclusively by institutions and government authorities. We never guarantee any outcome, and no statement on this site or in our communications should be read as such a guarantee.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing truthful, accurate information and authentic documents, meeting deadlines you are informed of, and paying the official fees of schools, test providers, and authorities, which are separate from our service fees.
Fees and refunds
Package fees and any refund conditions are stated in writing before engagement. Fees for work already performed are not refundable.
Documents and confidentiality
Documents you share are used only for your case and handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees you have paid for the service. We are not liable for decisions of institutions or authorities, or for delays caused by third parties.
